Here’s a great opportunity for you to grow with us.  We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven email marketing manager to join our team. Reporting to the Head of Direct Marketing, you will guide the strategy, planning and execution of this key channel, playing a direct and meaningful role in the continued growth of our company.

As a Senior Marketing Manager at Swift Financial, you will:

  • Lead the strategic development and campaign execution for all email efforts across all products (rules-based, automated drip/nurture communication strategies as well as promotional and transactional campaigns) with a constant focus on optimization to achieve click-through rate, lead, conversion, renewal and other key engagement goals.
  • Establish and maintain a campaign calendar that balances business needs with the growth and inbox reputation of our email database.
  • Project manage the end to end process in collaboration with stakeholder partners. Includes campaign planning, testing and design, campaign build-out through to deployment and reporting, measuring success through detailed data analysis. 
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on existing and emerging technologies and email best practices; take ownership in troubleshooting and resolving issues with the help of internal or platform provider resources.

Qualifications for success:

  • Bachelor’s degree (marketing, CS, economics, preferred)
  • 5+ years of demonstrated success in email, direct marketing, marketing automation, or CRM roles
  • Direct experience using a major Email Service Provider or CRM platform, Pardot and SalesForce experience preferred
  • Ability to craft or edit compelling email content and templates
  • Successful multivariate and A/B test design and execution
  • Strong organizational skills – able to be self-directed and deliver on deadlines
  • Experience that will put you ahead of the curve:
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Experience working in the B2B and/or fintech space
