Connect, engage and consult with small business owners as a funding expert and resource for their business.  Our Relationship Managers are the professional point of contact for current and returning customers, making the role a strategic and important focus within Swift Financial. 

Applicants must have a talent for establishing immediate rapport and building trust, leading productive conversations and delivering funding solutions.  The Relationship Manager role requires drive and focus, and a successful RM will leverage their strong relationships in closing his / her deals.

You will proactively assess customer needs and consult on solutions, zeroing in on priorities to maximize Swift’s value to their business and ultimately increasing their customer ROI.  The RM / customer relationship is a key role in our company, expected to elevate accounts from one-time funded businesses to loyal, consistent customers. 

Qualifications for Success:

  • Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
  • Must have a positive attitude
  • Highly competitive with a fire burning inside
  • Takes responsibility and is a self starter
  • Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships and trust quickly over the phone.
  • Very strong verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving in order to close the business
  • Highly resourceful team member with the ability to be extremely effective both independently and as part of a sales team
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Bi-lingual a plus
